Our mail solution had been neglected for some time. Our mailroom associates were reading every piece of mail that came through the door. Applying what they believed was the proper routing procedure based off a memo they had pinned up in their cubicle. The entire process of identification, triage and routing of the mail was all done by hand. We were lucky to complete a week’s worth of mail done in the same week.
The ACCIO team examined our process, interviewed our team, designed, and deployed a solution that shaved days off our process. Rajesh and I started discussing the potential of ACCIO a while back. After several meeting it was obvious that integrating ACCIO with DotClaim (Our Claims Solution to the Property and Casualty market) can be extremely beneficial to Axiom’s customers.
